Fuse Building is an authorized contractor for both Michigan Saves and Synchrony. Financing is provided by independent lenders and is subject to approval and program requirements.

Michigan Saves

Long-term financing for qualifying energy improvements

Eligible homeowners may apply for fixed-rate financing through participating Michigan lenders. Current offerings may include terms up to 15 years with no annual or early-repayment fees. Actual rates, terms, loan amounts, and approval depend on the lender and borrower qualifications.

Siding eligibility: Michigan Saves currently lists insulated vinyl siding with integrated R-3 insulation as an eligible improvement. We’ll confirm whether your proposed siding system meets current program requirements.
